This is a hard one our diagnosis system in the uk is totally broken it can take people years to get a diagnosis so we have lots of people waiting in limbo for a diagnosis when they are intact adhd/autistic they self diagnose after years of looking into diagnosis criteria there traits and ways.This is understood by the autism community. However we also have people who use terms very loosely like yes they are somewhere on the spectrum .Everyone is a little Autistic .I do that so must be autistic about one trait this is making a mockery of the people that have struggled there whole lives without diagnosis.You have to fit a certain diagnostic criteria to be Autistic /ADHD let’s stop using terms loosely and labelling thing without educating ourselves first …. #autism #autismawareness #mentalhealthmatters #neurodivergent #adhd #diagnosis #labeled #autisticwomen #asd #autismspectrum #understanding #autismlife Credit @sowrongitsrightpod

Even while engaged in a certain task, keep stock of the people around you and those taking interest. As this tends to be difficult when focused on parking backwards, or any other mentality demanding task, keep in mind that you’re in the streets, where predators are roaming, looking for #prey . Notice that he circled twice, to inspect the “goods”, your #valuables (mobile phone, purse, bag etc..) must be out of sight, in order to avoid #tempting predators. Keep you car doors locked and the windows up. Remember this, #thieves are masters of #deception and #disguise .
