TikTok user user Mary_FirstLady just took to her TikTok account and posted this video with the caption : “URGENT ROAD SAFETY REPORT - LAGOS I am calling the attention of LASTMA and the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation to a serious road incident that occurred today at the second traffic light turning after Chevron, Lagos. My vehicle was bashed by Kolu, I understand that Kolu has a hearing disability, and I want to be very clear that this complaint is not about his disability. My concern is the manner in which the vehicle was being driven and the safety of other road users.
