Smaller rides, higher vibes ☀️🫶🤩
Here are a few things I have changed to keep on road biking being almost 7 months pregnant:
🤓 On the bike: More spacers on my @lapierrebikes to have a bit more room for the belly
📈 I am using the @garminfrance HRM fit heart rate monitor that you can clip on a bra. It’s less annoying than having the full strap when you already feel tight in everything 😅 and I get an eye on my Edge 840 Solar to track my heart rate and the heat.
🩱 My go to kit is a bib that allows my belly to expand, with a breathable base layer and a loose shirt 👔 This one is from @cafeducycliste
🍼 I make sure to get loads of water and always do one @camelbak with water and one with electrolytes. I am using the @226ers Zero. I also carry some snacks on every ride even the smallest ones.
🧘♀️ The most important thing for me is to stay relaxed, only doing things I am comfortable with, we are all different. It’s all about being respectful and understanding. But being active and getting outside is a game changer for me to feel well. Even when some days it means 5 min of walking 😅
Girls if you have some more tips I am curious to hear 🤓 🤗
C'est pas facile tous les jours 🥲
