Some guitars… you don’t think twice.
The Larrivée Baker-T Pro Brazilian Rosewood / Swamp Ash from Larrivée is one of them.
Late at night, Larry from Larrivee posted one single piece available.
I happened to see it at the right moment… and reacted instantly. No hesitation. No second guessing.
Seconds later… “you got it.”
That’s how this one made it to GUITAR HAUS.
Brazilian rosewood top over swamp ash… rare, unique, and seriously special.
For serious players. Only exceptional instruments. 🎸

A very well loved J45…
This guitar is toured around the world, to make beautiful music with its owner; a professional musician. Performances in lots of different climates, makes for lots of wear and tear …
Here’s what I have done to bring her sweet tone back to life:
•Fingerboard correction.
•Refret.
•Handcrafted, bespoke bone saddle & top nut.
•Side split repairs.
•Professionally set up to the requested 1mm action across the board. (That’s a very slick and jazzy action!)
A special dedication to John Monteleone, the world’s finest guitar maker, who has taught me his masterful fretting techniques from his workshop in New York. Thank you John.
If you have a beloved guitar that needs specialist attention, you can send a message directly to my page. My workshop sits on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast of England.
