Lei maker friends, don’t come for me 😜. This was my first time making this. Our beloved `a`ali`i representing strength and kī representing protection, I wanted to make something that meant something as Kaci makes the transition from elementary to middle school. This lei dries beautifully and will hang in her room as a reminder that she is strong and always protected by Ke Akua and her kūpuna ✨ #mayday2026 #leiday

Forever Lei Making (blooper) 🌺 Sometimes you trip over your hot glue cord and momentarily panick about getting burned, but then realize you're still recording and gotta keep going 😂 DIY and crafting is my jam but the 30 second videos don't always tell the whole story.
