Chicken Parmesan Meatballs!
Taking it back with this one to before I had a following. The humble beginnings of no lighting, just me in my kitchen feeding my family, and trying to make something happen. 📌 Cheesy Chicken Marsala Meatballs
Just in time for National Meatball Day tomorrow… and honestly one of those dinners I completely threw together that turned out so good I had to write it down.
Tender chicken meatballs, mushrooms, Marsala wine sauce, and a blanket of melted Fontina and mozzarella.
Serve over pasta, rice, or pile them onto a toasted roll.
Comment “MEATBALL” and I’ll send you the recipe.
