Have you ever had this? This place will bring you back to Korea! The vibe, flavour and dishes! I haven’t seen this one pan dakgalbi and scorched fried rice served anywhere else in Sydney! Love it! Also the pan dish is $55 but I reckon it feed 2-3 people.

Not exaggerating… this newest Korean-Chinese spot in Lidcombe is next level.
On my last trip to Seoul, I couldn’t get a booking at the Culinary Class Wars restaurant—but this place? They’re serving dong po rou that looks straight out of it. Soft, glossy, melt-in-your-mouth pork with rich sauce over rice… unreal.
The white spicy jjampong is loaded with seafood, smoky, and honestly took me right back to Seoul—maybe even better.
Their truffle Wagyu jajangmyeon is a creative twist, super fragrant with a strong truffle hit that actually works.
And don’t skip the yuringi—crispy, light batter (finally!) with a yuzu soy sauce that’s tangy, sweet, and savoury all at once. Legit one of the best I’ve had.
New prawn & cheese roll with mala mayo? Creamy, a little spicy, very addictive.
Bonus: rice and side dishes are free + refillable, and jasmine tea is free flow.

Everything comes with banchan, including really good house-made kimchi. Pork and kimchi always go hand in hand so you can tell a pork specialty spot really cares about their kimchi and it shows here!

A newly opened Korean-Chinese gem delivering flavours that feel both comforting and unexpected ✨
From mango prawns to tomatoes that taste just like lychee, this is truly a culinary experience you have to try. Each dish brings a modern fusion twist, balancing bold flavours with refined presentation, definitely not your average jjajangmyeon spot.
What we tried:
🥩 Wagyu black bean noodles $35
Rich, savoury noodles coated in deep black bean sauce, elevated with truffle aroma and tender wagyu for an indulgent finish.
🍜 Spicy seafood noodle soup (Jjamppong) $26
A warming, spicy broth packed with seafood and smoky depth — comforting with just the right kick.
🥩 Wagyu beef shank
Slow-braised until melt-in-your-mouth tender, full of deep beefy flavour and perfect for sharing.
🍤 Prawn dimsums $18
Delicate parcels filled with juicy prawns, light yet satisfying with every bite.
🍅 Tomato lychee salad $9
Sweet, refreshing tomatoes that surprisingly taste like lychee — bright, juicy and incredibly unique.
🥭 Mango cream prawns $38
Crispy prawns coated in a creamy mango sauce that’s sweet, tangy and completely addictive.
A modern take on Chinese fusion that turns familiar dishes into something memorable 🤍

A must check out Korean place in #Lidcombe a unique dish that I never had before. And super healthy too, in saying this the sauce is very important to bring in the flavour of tangy and salty - add some kimchi and yum! Their fried chicken and dumplings were also excellent!
The steamed dish comes in Pork and Seafood and others too!

The viral perilla buckwheat noodles in Sydney 🍜
I’ve been wanting to try this for ages. from when they were still in Lidcombe to now in Eastwood, I finally got to try it 👀
The Buckwheat noodles with perilla oil was actually really good. Rich, nutty with nicely chewy noodles 🤤
The pan-fried chives & prawn is also super crispy and worth getting 🦐✨
They’ve also got some comforting soup options 🍲

OpShop Saturday in full swing 🙌
Spent the day thrifting in Lidcombe and honestly this place is HUGE. One of the biggest op shops in Sydney. Racks on racks of clothes, hidden gems, and lots of lovely vintage pieces.
If you’re in Sydney, Lidcombe is definitely worth the trip for a proper thrift day.
