Most people misinterpret having a lot of options as having freedom. This is a common mistake.
Push your limits..🗣

The labels you give yourself can limit you, holding you back from realizing what you’re capable of.
When you label yourself, you’re convincing your mind that these traits are fixed and unchangeable.
You’re identifying with them, telling yourself that that’s just WHO YOU ARE… and that can reinforce a deeply held belief that you will ALWAYS be that way.
But that’s incorrect.
Simply changing how we speak to ourselves (and others) when referring to our abilities can change how we see ourselves, which changes how we feel, and what we do. It’s the basic cognitive model of behavior. Cognitions (or thoughts) influence how we feel (the ‘affective’ component) which changes what we do.
So, start reframing that internal narrative.
❌ “I’m terrible at this.”
✅ “I’m committed to learning and improving.”
❌ “I’m such a procrastinator.”
✅ “I’m working on overcoming my procrastination habit.”
❌ “I’m a really bad public speaker”
✅ “I’m not a great public speaker yet – I’ll practice until I gain confidence.”
❌ “I’m so socially awkward”
✅ “I’m gradually stepping out of my comfort zone to improve my social skills.”
By doing this, you open yourself to growth and demonstrate to yourself (and others) that you’re capable of change.
Simple tweak, powerful impact.
Have you every used labels like any of the above? Let me know in the comments. 👇

Yes I am unstoppable
Yes I am a mom
Yes I have no limits
Yes I spread my wings high
But let's not deceive ourselves and burden us with the pressures of being the "perfect supermom"
You are amazing the way you already are. Rock on moms, you got this!

Are you trapped by the curse of your own knowledge?? Picture this: you catch yourself thinking, “that’s not going to work, so why bother?” If this sounds familiar, you might be ‘cursed’ by your own expertise.
This cognitive bias, known as the ‘curse of knowledge’, happens when our deep understanding of a subject leads us to become overconfident and rigid in our thinking.
Our expertise can become a double-edged sword, with one side sharpening our skills and insights, while the other inadvertently stifles our creativity and adaptability.
When we think we know everything there is to know about a subject, we may dismiss new ideas and perspectives. This overconfidence can prevent us from exploring fresh approaches and solutions, as we might prematurely conclude that “it won’t work” without giving it a fair shot. In doing so, we limit our potential for growth and innovation.
Not only that, this ‘curse’ can also lead us to avoid taking risks, as we seek to protect ourselves from the possibility of failure or things not working out. This risk aversion keeps us in our comfort zone– and while we might feel safe, we miss out on opportunities for learning, growth, and breakthroughs.
How can you break free from this curse?
Here are 4 tips:
1️⃣ Stay humble and open-minded: Always be ready to learn and embrace new ideas, even if they challenge your beliefs.
2️⃣ Practice active listening: Focus on others’ words without assumptions or judgment to gain insights and spark creativity.
3️⃣ Encourage collaboration and diversity: Welcome input from various backgrounds and expertise for innovative solutions.
4️⃣ Take risks: See failure as a chance to learn and grow; explore new ideas to uncover creative solutions.

Let’s rethink the Creator. God isn’t a figure or a someone—it’s limitless, boundless energy. When we try to define it with limits, we’re only limiting ourselves. True connection begins when we release those constraints.

📘 Limit at Infinity — Divide by Highest Power!
Direct substitution gives ∞/∞ — so we divide every term by the highest power x to simplify!
As x→∞, any constant divided by x approaches 0 — clean and simple!
🎯 This technique is frequently tested on AP Calculus AB/BC exam!
