2021 was the year that changed me forever.
Losing my little brother was โ and still is - the hardest chapter of my entire life i just wear it well. Grief completely shifted my perspective of life. It broke me down into numbness I didnโt even recognize for a long time. I became emotionally locked knowing life is short, thoughts of this world isnโt a real place, and trying to navigate a world where i know you donโt get forever so why let people close to you.
But grief also taught me to slow down... to appreciate the moment... to truly cherish the gifts that you were given and shine bright. It also helps me turn my pain into power. To grow through what you go through.
