First time with the log and I love it!

Well happy with this first session of the strict log peak. Felt like there was maybe a few kgs left in the tank, which is a good sign. Coach- @tomtheowens Gym- @northern_sp

Perfect? Nope! But after taking such a long break from log to heal my bicep and rework the movement pattern, it's nice to know I'm not that far behind where I was last year.

Need to get a monster strict press this year…
