This one was easy for me to draw because I know the reference very well. One more proof that the proper preparation can make 50% of success! #oilpasteldrawing #oilpastelart #drawingprocess

Some drawings start as feelings💛 This drawing was made with oil pastels and colored pencils on 90g paper. Once a month, I share original drawings and calendars as prints through my Art Print Mail Club - art sent by post 💌 $8 a month, shipping included. Link in bio. #artprocess #portraitdrawing #oilpastel #drawing #pencildrawing

Trying @prismacolor Col-erase colored pencils while practicing some anatomy These were so much fun! I’ve wanted for a while to be able to sketch directly with colors since I find it a bit tedious sometimes to always erase the graphite sketch and at times when I have to erase quite a bit, the graphite can still show through the finished piece, which annoys me🙃 So these pencils are the perfect solution! They went on so smoothly as well and felt really nice to use. I have a feeling I will use them more than regular graphite when sketching from now on✨ #prismacolor #anatomydrawing #figuredrawing #sketchbookart #smallartists

It was good to exercise my drawing muscle last weekend in a drawing session with the fabulous @andrea.morani_lifemodel. Hosted by @dianeolivierdraws More sessions next weekend - don’t miss it! (Poses: 2, 5, and 20 minutes) . #figuredrawings #charcoalandpastel

Oil pastels sketch of my brother, playing with colour and mark making. Loose portrait on paper. In life, and in drawing, sometimes less is more? Trying to keep up with my creative practice, drawing a bit every day. #oilpastelsketch #markmaking #sketchbook #portraitdrawings #expressiveportrait

Two from this week’s spectacular session. Last life drawing to me for a few weeks so I was soaking it up spreading out and making a giant bright mess. More incoming couldn’t fit in one! Thankyou @sketch.appeal.life.drawing @circusstephen #sketchappeal #circuslifedrawing #lifedrawingstudy #anotomicaldrawing #mixedmediaartist
