🪡 “I’m inspired by emotional states: the human body, touch, connection and the quiet poetry of everyday moments,” says embroidery artist @kathrin_marchenko (Kathrin Marchenko). Using lightweight fabrics like tulle, Kathrin carefully stitches detailed images onto their surface with cotton or silk thread, capturing everything from hands to portraits to butterflies. “The result feels like a drawing made of thread, suspended in air,” she says.
