Another batch of collage fodder 😜🤩🥰
I am always having a blast with this.
Just a pile of paper scraps, markers, inks, old wine corks and whatever else within arms reach for mark making and random patters ❤️
It’s a sort of yoga for the creativity 😄😊

🎨 Our Advanced Kids started off the term with something light and mindful. ✨
We explored mark making inspired by artist Linda Emmerman @lindaemmermanart — dipping cards into ink, creating rhythmic prints, and finding calm through repetition and flow. 🖤

Some of the marks I make have unexpected explanations, when I describe the technique.
This is mirror board from @handprinteduk hammered with small a screwdriver.
There’s a rhythm in the making and I enjoy the quality of the marks made on the translucent Kozo paper.

Markmaking with wood.
Fun markmaking!
Sometimes I forget where I am.
I am here.
And that's the only place I can be
In this moment
In this breath.
There is no future
There was no past.
Only now and everything I feel in this moment.
