How to study Economics 📚👇
Economics is not about memorising definitions.
It’s about understanding why things happen.
If you memorise → you forget
If you understand → you score
Rule 1: Use the 3-Step Economics Method
Every chapter, same order:
1️⃣ Concept
2️⃣ Diagram
3️⃣ Application
Step 1: Concept (30–40 min)
• Read slowly, not repeatedly
• Ask: Why does this happen?
• Connect to real life (prices, jobs, inflation)
📌 Example:
Inflation → why prices rise in real life
Step 2: Diagrams + Keywords (15–20 min)
👉🏻Practice diagrams neatly
• Label axes correctly
• Write 5–6 keywords below diagram
📌 Economics loves:
– Diagrams
– Keywords
– Flow, not stories
Step 3: Application (10–15 min)
• Solve previous year questions
• Write answers in points
• Add 1 real-life or govt example
📌 Example:
Subsidy → LPG / education schemes
⭐️ How to revise Economics fast
❌ Don’t reread chapters
✅ Revise using:
• Diagrams
• Keywords
• Short examples
📌 30 minutes revision > 2 hours reading

There are many theories out there as to why doodling helps so much with memorising information.
The most likely is that, similar to fidgeting, it helps you stay awake, alert, and attentive to the information you are reading.

THIS IS WHEN STUDYING WORKS BEST⏰The right time to study (that actually works) Your brain doesn’t stay equally sharp all day ⚡Use different time windows for different types of study, this reduces burnout and improves retention!
🌅 EARLY MORNING (5 AM – 8 AM)
📘 BEST FOR: Memorising subjects, revision, definitions, theory-heavy topics
🧠 WHY: Brain is fresh, distractions lowest, memory absorption strongest
✨ SMART MOVE: Revise yesterday’s topic first → morning revision locks long-term memory
☕ HELPFUL: Drink water first, not phone scrolling (phone kills morning focus)
☀️ LATE MORNING (10 AM – 1 PM)
🧠 BEST FOR: Hardest subject of the day (numericals, difficult concepts, problem solving)
⚡ WHY: Peak logic + concentration window for most students
📌 METHOD: 50 min focus + 10 min break
🎯 RULE: Only ONE tough subject per session → prevents overload
🌇 EVENING (4 PM – 7 PM)
📖 BEST FOR: Homework, practice questions, making notes, summaries
🔋 WHY: Energy slightly lower → best for active work, not deep theory learning
✨ SMART MOVE: Solve questions instead of rereading, keeps brain alert
🍎 TIP: Eat a light snack before studying → hunger = fake tiredness
🌙 NIGHT (9 PM – 11 PM)
📝 BEST FOR: Quick revision, flashcards, MCQs, self testing
💤 WHY: Brain processes information during sleep → night revision improves recall next day
🔥 POWER METHOD: Close book → write everything you remember for 10 minutes (brain dump)
🛌 IMPORTANT: Sleep properly, memory builds during sleep, not during studying
📌 SIMPLE DAILY STUDY FLOW
⏰ Morning → Memorise + revise
⏰ Late morning → Hardest concepts
⏰ Evening → Practice + homework
⏰ Night → Recall + quick revision
🎯 REAL FOCUS RULES (Students Actually Need These)
• Don’t study hardest topic when tired, match task to energy
• Revision in morning + recall at night = strongest combo
• Sitting long hours ≠ effective learning
• If sleepy → switch to solving questions, not reading
• Consistent timing trains your brain to focus automatically

TIPS ON HOW TO MEMORISE THE BIBLE
Sorry it took so long to make 😅 here’s a condensed version without fluff:
1. Have a physical Bible.
2. Express it (whispering, writing, actions)
3. Voice recordings
4. Type it (use the app)
5. Repetition and discipline
And that’s it :)

A Surah I love. Memorising quran when you stop listening to music. Alhamdulilah Allah is the greatest ✨ #alhamdulillah #quran #surahfurqan
Most of what actually builds wealth isn’t taught in school.
Not memorising facts.
But learning:
How to read a room.
How to stay calm under pressure.
How to manage money instead of being managed by it.
These skills don’t shout.
They compound.
They shape how you’re perceived.
How you decide.
How you build.
Old money understood this early.
They didn’t just chase income.
They built discipline, strategy, and structure around it.
You don’t need to master everything at once.
Start noticing.
Start refining.
Start building skills that pay you back long term.

School prepares kids for a world that no longer exists.
By 2045, the world will be unrecognisable — yet schools are still teaching like it’s the 1800s.
Memorising textbooks, following orders, and waiting your turn doesn’t cut it in the real world.
Independent thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability do.
My daughter won’t go to school — not because we don’t value education, but because we value it too much.

If your toddler holds your hand…
Please don’t…
❌ Don’t check your phone at that moment.
❌ Don’t rush the walk.
❌ Don’t think it’s just another normal day.
❌ Don’t assume they’ll always need you like this.
❌ Don’t forget to feel it.
Because they’re not just holding your hand…
They’re memorising how it feels to be safe with you.
One day…
they’ll walk beside you.
Then ahead of you.
Then into their own world.
And you won’t even realise when was the last time
their tiny fingers wrapped around yours like this.
So slow down.
Be present.
Let the moment stay a little longer.

❌Leaving practice to past exam questions to the last days before a test/exam
✅Instead I completed practice to past exam questions as early as possible (at least 1-2 weeks before), taking up at least 60% of my English study
❌Memorising essays word for word
✅Instead I memorised my structure, quotes, techniques, key ideas/arguments and how I would adapt to reoccurring past exam questions
❌2-3 quotes per paragraph for essays
✅Instead I had 4-5 quotes per paragraph for essays
❌Avoiding feedback and treating it as criticism
✅Instead, I realised that feedback was the key to improvement and asked for feedback from my teacher at least once a week (usually a few times a week or even daily)
❌Avoiding planning and writing creative or persuasive pieces off the top of my head
✅Instead I realised that planning was the key to consistent English improvement and I made sure I had 1 really strong persuasive or creative piece which I had got feedback on and practiced to past exam questions before a test or exam.
