Getting back into rock climbing and remembering how I broke my ankle 🤣🫠
Pink gives you powers 💖
I have been attempting this climb for my last several sessions. I kept trying but continued to get stuck in the same spot. Much of my struggle is self doubt, I question my ability and strength all the time. I told Brian I would record my last attempt for the night so I could study and strategize for the next time we go. I started with the anticipation I would fail like all the other times before. Then I got past my struggle spot and told myself to keep pushing. I was super fatigued and shaking because if I miss any grip, my face will be against the wall. Even as I approached the top, I still considered quitting because I was scared I would fail again. Conclusion, I finally completed that dang V2 that has humbled me for weeks. Lesson learned, always tell yourself you can.
Honestly, I think I only did it because I was wearing pink and wanted to finish a pink climb lol

First recorded top rope route! Also easily the longest route I’ve sent so far!

If there’s anything I’ve learned climbing at @mesarimreno over the last week, it’s too trust me feet, even though the footholds are tiny!
Good ol’ @nickshawsrickshaws has a message for those who can make it to the end!
