I especially enjoy one pot meals, like soups, pasta dishes and chili.

When did you start your baby on solids? 🧐 apparently, research shows 4-6 months is the best period to introduce solids which are of a different taste profile than milk (which is super sweet)!
For @lilajade.naomi, she’s just turned 5 months so we are experimenting just giving her spoonfuls of mashed or pureed vegetables (no sweet fruits yet!) to get her used to the idea of eating and not just drinking 😅
Well, we succeeded in getting @aaron.dewinne to be fairly independent in feeding himself and liking food with the #blw approach, 🙌🏻 so here we go again…!
