Sydney, there’s a brand new restaurant you’d never expect in Mosman and the food is incredible 🤩 @onicemosman (pronounced “oh-nice”) really lives up to its name — bold Vietnamese, Thai & Japanese flavours done right. The Starters looked and tasted amazing and we really enjoyed the Scallops, Crispy Duck Pancakes and Wagyu Betel Leaf rolls. Star of the show? 📍August The Old Place, Mosman Check out this cute brunch spot in Mosman where they serve up brunch food and drinks! The place itself was so cozy and I got their Eggs Benedict which was really nice!! The egg was cooked beautifully and I enjoyed every bite! It was a bit busy that day so definitely come a bit early to get a really nice spot! Not many notes on @i.lovebutter I primarily come for their cinnamon sticks which are made with croissant dough and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Makes for a nice and crispy bite sized snack, coincidentally perfect for kids. A cup runs around $6 and there’s other bite sized treats like danishes and chocolate croissants that are $3 which are a bit on the exxy side comparatively but they’re fun as well. After weeks of intense rain, the sunshine felt like such a blessing! The timing couldn’t have been better for a visit to @monsterasydney, a beautiful waterfront cafe right on the wharf. We got their Chilli eggs, which came with perfectly poached eggs on a savoury waffle along with the Avo Toast on sourdough topped with fresh avocado, corn, and ricotta. The Açaí Bowl was a great sweet addition, and we couldn’t resist fries with aioli on the side. The drinks weren’t quite as memorable as the chai latte was a little too mild and quite milky. The matcha was okay, but not the best I’ve had. Other than that the experience was quite pleasant. The ferry ride from circular quay takes you straight to the wharf, making it an easy trip.
