Last night I had my monthly Coaches Call with my coaching mentor. We picked apart some of our film and I walked away with feedback and ways to improve my team. I will NEVER be too old or too experienced to take honest feedback from credible and accomplished coaches. We expect our athletes to be coachable and so should coaches! Never stop learning and improving! These kids deserve an ALL IN coach. 🫡🤙🏽
