Sometimes the most odd things pop into my head while I'm working. I actually started jotting them down because they are so off the wall. Sure I could google these things but I haven't yet.

I tell myself, “This is it. No more overthinking. No more caring too much. No for being funny with everyone, No more being available for everyone.”
I practice silence.
I convince myself that being distant will be the best
But then… someone smiles at me.
Someone needs me.
Someone talks to me like I matter.
And suddenly, the walls don’t feel natural anymore.
Being silent slips out of me before I can stop it.
I laugh too loud. I reply too fast. I care too much again.
It’s not that I forget the hurt.
It’s just that being cold never feels like home.
So yes I get hurt, I promise to change,
and then I go back to being the same, talkative soul.

Don’t make the anthem Cringe people….. #UNITE ..Go Jays Go!! Always listening to the anthems and the execution.. or sheer butchering.. of them. Call me crazy but I think the melody and performance of the anthem should be held up to its original … I once sang the anthem at a NASCAR event and understood the memo… sing it to allow people to sing with me.. because it’s about it unity .. not about your solo performance… watching artists put there “spin” on the anthem is just cringe as hell to me… thoughts? 💭
