feeling really good on how things are shaping up seemingly noticeable changes in body composition daily. Could definitely be all in my head lol but I’m happy so I guess that’s all that really matters. We are 3 weeks out from the first rodeo of the season 11 weeks out from peaking and the main show. Shoulder felt almost 100% today so I’m stoked on that, not stoked I broke my beats headphones after they fell off my head doing dips. I felt them falling off I could’ve stopped the set and re-adjusted them but I was about to PR so sacrifices had to be made no regrets🫡(okay maybe a lil)😅🤏
