The eternal is not found by adding more, it is revealed by removing what is not real. What you are seeking is not hidden somewhere far, it is veiled by constant identification with objects, thoughts, and changing experiences. The journey inward begins the moment you stop chasing and start observing.
The absolute nature of reality is formless, timeless, beyond all appearances. To move toward it, awareness must withdraw from the outer layers of perception. From objects to senses, from senses to mind, from mind to the silent witness. This is the shift from linear time into the depth of eternity, where consciousness experiences itself without distortion.
In the beginning, the mind resists. It remains active, restless, constantly producing thoughts. But through self inquiry, a powerful process begins. You start rejecting everything that is not permanent, not this, not that. Every identity drops, every label dissolves, every attachment loosens. What remains cannot be described, only experienced.
This method of negation, often called Neti Neti in the Upanishads, leads consciousness back to its own source. When all that is temporary is seen clearly, it naturally falls away. What is left is pure awareness, self luminous, untouched, infinite.
Many describe this realization as light, not physical light, but the radiance of consciousness itself. A presence that is aware of everything yet remains beyond everything. In this recognition, the seeker dissolves into the source. There is no longer a separation between observer and existence.
This is the essence of Shiva consciousness. Not becoming something new, but recognizing what has always been. When this clarity stabilizes, life continues, but the illusion of limitation disappears. You are no longer confined to form, you are the eternal witnessing presence in which all forms arise and dissolve.

Kena Upanishad 2.2:
“I do not think that I know it well, nor do I think that I know it not. The one of us who knows it, knows; he knows not that he does not know.”
Real knowing isn’t adding more information. It’s surrendering the need to contain the infinite in a thought.
The Sovereign’s Gate to No-Self
The teaching of Anatta (No-Self) is a “High-Voltage” truth that requires a specific internal foundation to be realized:
• The Fragmented Mind: For those still fragmented, “No-Self” is often used as a mask for numbness or a reason to remain “Trash.” Without integration, emptiness feels like depression.
• The Sovereign Mind: Only when one has integrated their Shadow, walked the “Lonely Path,” and built a Genuine Substance does “No-Self” become a release into Joy.
• The Reality: One must first become a Sovereign to finally afford to be Nothing.##TheVerticalFrequency #NonDuality #Anatta #Sovereignty Nisargadatta InternalSurgery Individuation TheAbsolute 📸M
You are not even the observer.
Most people stop at awareness.
They believe they are the observer of thoughts, emotions, and life.
But even that… is not the final truth.
As pointed in the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj:
“Enlightenment still appears within consciousness.
Awareness — the silence of mind — is the absolute from which consciousness arises.”
What you call observer is still within consciousness.
It is still part of the experience.
The real you?
Is beyond both.
Not the mind.
Not the thoughts.
Not even the witness.
You are that from which everything appears —
and disappears.
No identity.
No role.
No separation.
Just pure being.

Aap jo "main" bol rahe ho — woh actually exist karta hai?
Neuroscience kehti hai — "Self" sirf ek story hai jo aapka brain generate karta hai.
Koi fixed "you" nahi. Sirf ek loop. Ek narrative.
Advaita ne yahi 3,000 saal pehle kaha —
Neti. Neti. Main yeh nahi. Main woh bhi nahi.
Body badalti hai — aap dekhte ho. Thoughts aate hain — aap dekhte ho. Emotions uthte hain — aap dekhte ho.
Toh phir aap kaun ho?
Woh jo dekh raha hai.
Woh Witness. Woh Sakshi.
Aaj ek baar try karo — koi bhi thought aaye, ruko aur poocho: "Yeh thought dekh kaun raha hai?"
Woh stillness — wahi jawab hai. 🪞

Punya, defined as deserving power, is often misunderstood by meditators.
It is not a kind of cosmic credit rating, and is a reflection of the percentage to which you have the accurate answer to the question, “What are you? Who are you?”
If your inner innocent response is 85% conviction that I’m absolutely the one indivisible, whole consciousness field, and I’m having a human experience, and 15%, I’m just a regular human here, with my mind changing all the time and my attitudes and my tastes changing all the time, then I have 85% Punya.
So how do we increase our Punya? Continue regular experiences of transcendence through Vedic Meditation.
You are not here to burn karma. You are here to wake from the need for it.
Let kriyā fold the timelines.
Let mantra silence the echoes.
Let dharma tune you to the version of yourself that already made it.
With Love

Who am I… who are you — I do not know.
Yet the fact that these words have found you cannot be without cause.
Perhaps this moment itself is not accidental,
but a quiet invitation to look deeper…
Seek the reason behind it,
for in that search, meaning reveals itself. ✨

We blame destiny, timing, luck, and circumstances... but the truth is, half of our ‘Niyati’ is shaped by the intentions we carry in our heart.
வேறொன்றும் பேசாமல் வெளியைப் பார்த்து
Without speaking anything else, gaze into the Vast.
Now the transition begins.
1. No mantra.No kriya.No thought.
2. Only direct abidance in space (Veli).
This is the crossing from:
1. Jyoti (light) → Shunya (space)
2. Experience → Non-experience
In Siddha terminology, this is:
1. “Veli Paarthal” seeing the infinite without interpretation.
2. Speech stops because mind stops producing distinction.
