Nearly a billion views across all platforms, this viral shot changed the trajectory of my life. Uncomfortably comfortable 🔱 Just before this moment I found myself in a tough mental space , I had retired from competitive bodybuilding, I could not justify the toxic requirements I needed to put my mind and body through to compete... I had broken my foot during a 13 meter high waterfall stunt in Costa Rica putting me off my feet for 6 months putting most of my training on hold. I struggled creatively to think of what I could create and share on my platform to educate , inspire , or entertain all of you. After years of travel and training I needed a new adventure… Free diving found me… breaking my foot meant I could only swim as exercise for an extended period of time. Living near so many beautiful cenotes I opted to go swimming there instead of pools. Leading me on a trajectory to discovering free diving . Eventually connecting with @freedive_tulum who helped transform me from a bag of lead… to the internet given title of “ the real Aquaman” Fast forward and I’m loving the journey to inspire and bring attention to the practice and the beautiful places it can bring you, whilst opening doors I never thought imaginable . From putting a foot in the door to Hollywood , to creating for cirque du soleil, and now writing a script for Poseidon…. What you can take away from this story… is that sometimes the most uncomfortable moments are simply transitions into something bigger , better , and more aligned to who you really are… 🔱 Shift your perspective in uncomfortable moments from stress and anxiety to excitement of what could be on the other end of the transformation. 🦋 #freediving #swimming #cenote #apnea #viral #tavicastro
🎬 Fun fact about Spider-Man 2 (2004): Spider-Man 2 (2004) is celebrated for using practical effects, with Alfred Molina naming his four mechanical tentacles Larry, Harry, Flo, and Moe. Tobey Maguire nearly lost his role to Jake Gyllenhaal due to a back injury, and the iconic "train scene" was the first major sequence filmed, designed by director Sam Raimi. #viral #explore #spiderman #love #movies
Mike Tyson is the youngest heavyweight boxing champion in history and one of the most ferocious knockout artists the sport has ever seen. Iron Mike dominated the late 1980s with his explosive power, intimidating presence, and devastating peekaboo style that made him nearly unstoppable in his prime. The former undisputed heavyweight champion became a global icon through his raw aggression and unmatched intensity inside the ring. Beyond his championship reign, Tyson’s cultural impact and legendary status have transcended boxing, making him one of the most recognizable combat sports figures across generations. This “impossible pit” is designed to trap anyone who tries to climb out using normal movement. The steep, curved walls make it nearly impossible to gain enough grip or leverage to pull yourself straight up. However, the design secretly relies on physics. By running back and forth along the curved surface, a person can gradually build momentum, converting speed into upward motion with each step. With enough momentum and the right angle, that energy can carry someone higher and higher along the wall until they reach the edge. It’s a clever demonstration of how movement, balance, and physics can turn an impossible escape into a solvable challenge. Love facts? Follow @inafact

Will Smith delivers one of his most powerful performances, earning an Academy Award nomination, alongside his real life son Jaden Smith. The film follows Gardner as he juggles an unpaid, high pressure stockbroker internship while sleeping in shelters, subway stations, and even public restrooms, refusing to let his circumstances break his resolve as a father. The misspelling of Happyness is intentional, taken from a mural at his son’s daycare, symbolizing how the American Dream is often flawed, uneven, and painful to reach. More than a success story, the film is a tribute to perseverance, dignity, and parental sacrifice, showing how belief and relentless effort can turn survival into opportunity. Deep in the ancient, mist-covered forests of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park lies one of Africa’s most powerful and humbling wildlife experiences—gorilla trekking. This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas, making every step into this dense jungle a journey into something truly rare and extraordinary. The trek begins at first light, guided by experienced trackers who read the forest like a storybook—broken branches, fresh footprints, distant calls. The terrain is thick, wild, and alive. You climb through tangled vines, navigate steep slopes, and feel the rhythm of the forest with every breath. It’s not just a walk; it’s an adventure that tests your spirit and rewards your patience. And then, the moment comes. You find them. A gentle giant silverback sits calmly, watching over his family with quiet authority. Mothers cradle their infants with unmatched tenderness, while young gorillas play, tumble, and curiously observe their visitors. Their human-like expressions, deep eyes, and peaceful presence create a connection that words can hardly capture. For one magical hour, time stands still. No barriers, no noise—just you and one of our closest relatives sharing the same space. Every movement, every glance feels deeply personal, as if the forest itself has allowed you into its inner world. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is more than an experience—it’s a life-changing encounter. It’s where adventure meets emotion, where nature speaks without words, and where you leave not just with photos, but with a story that will stay in your heart forever. #gorilla #gorillatrekking
Last Qantas Boeing 747 Flight🥺 The last Qantas Boeing 747 flight took place on July 22, 2020, marking the end of nearly 50 years of service for this iconic aircraft. Being a mom is HARD work. The house is tidied. The homework gets done. The kids are put to bed. And those are just a few of the tasks you can see. Globally, women perform nearly 76% of all unpaid care work that includes household chores, caregiving, and community work. The mental and emotional load of running a family, organizing, planning, and anticipating, disproportionately falls on women. Invisible labor is real. It’s relentless. And it’s essential for families, for organizations, for society. Yet, it rarely gets recognized or valued. P.S. Say thank you to your mom today. ♥️
