#noRefund

‘No-refund clause’ stopping you from quitting your coaching institute? The Delhi State Commission upheld a refund against FIITJEE, condemning its “no refund” clause as predatory and unfair. The judgment underscores that contractual terms must be reasonable and protect students from paying for poor services. #JEE #FIITJEE #FIIT #Engineering #Coaching #Coachinginstitutes #Coachingcentre #Entranceexams #exampreparation #ConsumerWatch #Consumer #Consumercase #DistrictCommission #Delhi #Consumercommission #Contract #Norefund #Refundpolicy #LiveLaw #Courtupdates #Legalcommunity #Lawyers #Advocates #Students #Legaleducation #Legalupdates

@shiprocket.in @shadowfax.in you guys are very careless about your service. If you can’t give your service please shut your business, we are loosing our customers because of your Third grade service. Never faced such issue in 4yrs with another courier company. This is really heartbreaking we trust on you and ship our parcels through your company and you failed to do so. Not even refunding the amount. Being a Small Business owner we know how hard it is to run a business, each and every penny matters to us. @shiprocket.in I need answers on this ! Or else need to take some seriou action. Fr though, can someone explain why no refund policy is a thing? Business owners should also normalize having terms and pre-briefing clients I wouldn’t want to get into something and start hearing stories later. #norefund #policy #explorereels #businessowner #entrepreneurs

⚖️ No Refund = 不设退款？
 法律上，商家可以提醒消费者「不退款」， 但这并不代表消费者没有保障。
 例如：若商品存在重大瑕疵或与描述严重不符， 消费者仍可能依法要求退款或赔偿。
