Creamy Cheesy Buldak Noodles 🌶️🧀🔥 Ingredients 1 pack Buldak noodles 1 slice pepper jack cheese 1 slice baby Swiss cheese 1 slice cheddar cheese Kewpie mayo, to taste Ketchup, to taste Chili oil, to taste Buldak sauce Buldak seasoning powder Green onions, chopped Heavy cream, as needed Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 fried egg Dumplings Sausage Instructions Cook the Buldak noodles until about halfway done, then drain and set aside. In a pan over medium-low heat, add the pepper jack, baby Swiss, and cheddar cheese. Add Kewpie mayo, ketchup, chili oil, Buldak sauce, Buldak seasoning powder, and chopped green onions. Mix until the cheese starts to melt. Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth and creamy. Add the half-cooked Buldak noodles and toss until fully coated in the cheesy sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella, cover, and let it melt. Finish with a fried egg, dumplings, and sausage.
