Throwback to this powerful sequence from our latest associate production, The Rescue, performed by @northern_school students at @theplacelondon earlier this year. As with all of our productions, The Rescue tackled very human themes and resonated with audiences in many different ways. In The Rescue, the score which was brilliantly composed by @michaelcreanmusic was a constant presence throughout the show, adding weight and depth to the hugely physical performances on stage. As an amputee (acquired in my 20s), I, like many others have needed to learn, unlearn, and relearn a whole lot of stuff. Life certainly looks different to how it started...but I made a choice not to sit back passively.
