One of the worst things you can do for your health is let STRESS take over. Stress increases blood pressure to dangerous levels, causes painful inflammation throughout the body, and leads to uncomfortable digestive issues. Stress doesn't have to stay in your body, though. Taking time for yourself, relaxing, and processing your feelings can help you undo the physical damage stress causes your body. It's also important to work on ways to find joy and reconnect with your purpose. Remember, your emotional health is one dimension of wellness that is needed to support your whole health.
