ORANGE FLESHED SWEET POTATO (OFSP) Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP). The coloured sweet potatoes (Orange and Purple) season is back. Much available is the OFSP. OFSP is one the richest natural sources of beta-carotene (Vitamin A) and Vitamin C for immune support. Vitamin A is critical to a healthy immune system. OFSP has more moisture and is very sweet. If you’re looking at gaining weight, then OFSP is a recommended tuber for you. Aside from weight gain, it helps for digestion, too. Orange-Fleshed Sweet Potato is high in fibre. This helps the body to retain water.
