We were on our way to Maine, stopped in Boston for a few days, and then broke down as we were leaving to continue our journey north. That means we get a little extra time in Boston on the 4th of July!!!! How epic is that?!? So, we’re quickly piecing together our Independence Day celebrations. We went downtown to hear the Declaration get read from the balcony of the Old State House, then we came out to see Old Ironsides on her annual turnaround at Fort Independence. I have been at this a long time! Since making this vid over seven years ago, Body Tempering has evolved! Chris Duffin (on location filming this vid) went back to Oregon and started making the Boomstick and the Geisha roller that you filled with concrete. That same month l met Rob Hesleton in Lombard IL. By that August, 2015, he made rollers for the Detroit Lions and Notre Dame Football. Prior to the pandemic, he was custom making rollers for athletic programs averaging 350 a year! Complete with their school logo’s. January 2019, @roguefitness entered the Body Tempering arena with cast rollers l designed. They put me in contact with their engineer (same one who did the Fatbells😮😃) Old Ironsides drew a pic on dry erase board and that was enough to show engineering firm what l wanted. In 2020 @abmat entered into the Body Tempering Arena! Flying here to SC. Me & our PT crew designed a tempering table! They had a prototype in five weeks! My point is Body Tempering has grown over the years! It hasn’t stagnated. It hasn’t under delivered. It gains in strength perpetually. Trademarking the name Body Tempering was one of the smartest moves l made. I could come up with any strength method like Body Tempering. Offer solutions to common problems that orbit the traditional training models…And the experts say, “What’s the science behind it!” 😳🤡 The Body Tempering brand is so strong that when others try to rename it or repackage it like referring to it as ‘smashing’ or ‘Myofascia release’! ‘tissue rolling’ it sounds awkward & unappealing. I am proud of Body Tempering & all it has done to help athletes. Body Tempering will continue to grow even if l were out of the picture (like if l croak or something)😃🤗 I AM a very blessed person. My M.O. is ‘Search the matter out!’ That is an old proverb. My enemies may copy & rebrand my products/methods. Boast how they don’t work. Do this or that instead! When you want to take someone out of the strength arena, you just discredit them. Attempts to discredit me, my products & methods, is just business. “Nothing personal!”😉 Cool thing is Body Tempering will be around 50 years from now! My critics won’t. 🤠🇺🇸
