I spent an entire day at Sytolab (@sytolab) in Bengaluru - a DeepTech startup that’s literally building machines that could one day print human organs. 🫀🧬 From walking through their lab to recording a podcast with the founders, it felt like stepping into the future of medicine. GraphPad Prism - Performing statistical analyses - Creating high-quality graphs - Organising experimental data - Curve fitting and regression analysis 3. Excel - Managing and organising data - Performing basic statistical analyses - Creating charts and graphs - Data entry and simple calculations 4. SnapGene (I personally never tried it, but it seems to be pretty common!) - Designing and visualizing DNA sequences - Simulating molecular cloning - Annotating genetic sequences - Documenting and sharing plasmid maps 5. My previous labs have had quite a lot of molecular equipment already and as I’ve joined a new team we are expanding the current molecular biology lab and this has become my little baby!!
