Beyond Muscles: Advanced Buccal Facial
What if your facial treatment could go far beyond the muscles?
Our new Advanced Buccal Facial combines deep intraoral work with osteopathic-inspired techniques to address multiple interconnected areas of the face:
Maxilla work • Tongue release • Floor of the mouth • Cranial work • Temporal release
By working beyond the superficial tissues, we aim to release patterns of tension and support a more balanced, open appearance.
Think higher-looking cheekbones, enhanced jawline definition, a more open face, and softer facial tension.
This isn’t just buccal massage.
It’s a whole new level of facial work.
Advanced Buccal Facial is now available to book.
Osteopathic Ear Adjustments: 🦻
🌟 Understanding Osteopathic Ear Adjustments: In osteopathy, we believe in the interconnectedness of the body, even including the ears.
🦻 The Technique: By using techniques like the “J” hook adjustment, we aim to release tension and encourage healthy movement in the ear structures. Kind of like opening a window.
🤔 How it Works: While the exact mechanism of action is not fully understood, the principle revolves around restoring balance and promoting well-being. Some theories suggest that by addressing issues like ear pressure and tension, we can improve comfort and alleviate symptoms such as earaches, congestion, vertigo, and more.

When I realign a patient’s neck joint with an HVT osteopathic technique, it can make a huge difference to how freely they move afterwards.
That satisfying “click” you sometimes hear isn’t the bone cracking. It’s simply a little release of air inside the joint, which helps it move more smoothly. Think of it as giving the joint space to breathe again
The goal isn’t just the sound, it’s the improved movement, reduced tension, and that wonderful feeling of lightness in the neck afterwards.

Things that an MD can do that a DO can’t
⠀
…𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.
⠀
When I was applying to medical school, there was a negative stigma placed on DO’s. A lot of this has to do with innocent ignorance with no malicious intent. D.O. stands for Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine & the philosophy is a little different than those with an MD degree. The philosophy behind osteopathic medicine considers the connection of body, mind and spirit in delivering care, and recognizing the role of a physician’s hands to diagnose and treat illness or injury. It also emphasizes the role of prevention in treatment & care. This doesn’t mean that as an MD, you can’t value the same concepts.
⠀
DO’s & MD’s go through the same training, residencies, & fellowships and can both prescribe and perform surgeries. DO’s do slightly more because they learn OMM (Osteopathic manipulative medicine) which is taught to relieve stress from the body with certain maneuvers. They also have to take the COMLEX 1,2, & 3 (Comprehensive osteopathic medical licensing exam) which is similar to USMLE Step 1,2,&3. They have the option of taking USMLE as well. When I was applying to med school, all my mentors told me to apply to both MD & DO because they essentially get you where you want to go. I encourage folks to do the same for that very reason! You also don’t have to use OMM in your practice as a physician but I think it would be cool to learn.
⠀
They are both physicians and deserve respect. 🫶🏾

If you’ve been treating your under-eye bags from the front, you’re missing one of the most important areas.
In this tutorial, I’m showing you a self-osteopathic temporal bone lift.
The temporal bone forms part of the jugular foramen, one of the main openings where venous blood leaves the skull. Rather than chasing puffiness under the eyes, this technique works with the anatomy that supports the natural venous drainage of the head.
This is why BeautyFascia is never just about the face. Sometimes the biggest difference comes from understanding how the entire head works together.
Slow. Gentle. Precise.
💛 Save this technique and add it to your under-eye routine. Understanding anatomy changes the way you approach beauty.
⚠️ Sharing this for education, not as a diagnosis — every body is different, so please check in with your own provider. 💛
Sinus pressure, headaches, and constant congestion can be frustrating.
This gentle osteopathic-inspired pumping technique targets an area of the palate that is closely related to the venous drainage pathways of the nose. By encouraging mobility in the surrounding tissues, it may help support natural drainage and relieve that „blocked up“ feeling.
Give it a try and let me know how you feel afterward! 👇
⚠️ This technique is intended for general wellness and is not a substitute for medical care. If you have persistent symptoms, please consult your healthcare provider.

It is YOUR body that is doing the healing. Not me.
Our bodies are amazing and the majority of the time, they know how to heal themselves.
Occasionally though, they need some guidance and that might be in the form of an osteopath doing an assessment, doing some hands on treatment and then giving you some targeted exercises.

Every woman should do this. It starts quietly
• lower belly pressure
• urine leakage
• heaviness inside
• faster facial & body aging
This condition that can be improved. Gentle osteopathic techniques in my women’s body secret program help restore tissue tone, fascial support, and the mobility of internal organs.
