Out of paper and patience, I build places where time moves differently.
No urgency.
No noise.
Just small stories unfolding on a desk.

For a birthday celebration at Khanoumi, I designed the event décor and we decided to build a giant cake… but not just any cake—a paper-made mockup decorated with beauty items! 💄🎂🎈
Since they wanted the setup to be interactive, the knife and matchstick were crafted separately so guests could pose as if they’re cutting the cake or lighting a candle during photos.
All pieces were completely handmade using cardboard with custom design.
Seeing a paper idea turn into real-life moments is truly the best part of the work. 💛

✨ Interwoven — hundreds of hand-cut naturalist illustrations come together into a floating kinetic paper installation. 🌿
In honor of World Environment Day, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Interwoven — my latest immersive installation that reflects on the fragile state of Earth’s biodiversity.
From the slow, meditative act of hand-cutting endangered flora and fauna, to the final suspended sculpture turning gently in space — every step celebrates nature’s interconnected systems.
As 76% of biodiversity has already been lost since 1970, this work invites reflection on what remains — and on the hope that still exists for restoration.
Debuting soon at Fashion Beyond Waste — ZEROW in Florence, Italy.
