In the 2012 rom-com Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (OKOK), one of the most iconic comedic sequences features Santhanam as Parthasarathy (Partha) attempting to navigate a "romantic" bike ride that quickly descends into chaos. While Udhayanidhi Stalin’s character is trying to woo the heroine, Partha provides the cynical, hilarious reality check from the sidelines. The scene involving the scooty is a masterclass in Santhanam’s signature timing and wordplay, particularly as he struggles with the logistics of the small vehicle and his own mounting frustration. His witty banter regarding the bike’s performance—or lack thereof—and his deadpan reactions to the absurd situations the duo finds themselves in remains a fan favorite, cementing the film as a hallmark of the Santhanam-Udhayanidhi comedy era #SanthanamComedy #OKOK #TamilComedy #ParthaMemes #UdhaySanthanamCombo

Now only udhaynidhi can save Kollywood One morning in Chennai, V. Saravanan receives a wedding invitation from his ex-girlfriend, M. Meera, along with a note asking him not to attend. Undeterred, he and his friend Parthasarathy "Partha" drive to Puducherry to stop the wedding. Along the way, Saravanan recalls their past. Saravanan, a carefree young man working at a film theatre with Partha, comes from a dysfunctional family. His father Varadharajan, a college professor, stopped speaking to his wife Shenbagam the day after their wedding upon learning she was uneducated. Shenbagam now studies to earn a degree and win back his affection. Saravanan falls in love with Meera, a trainee air hostess, after spotting her in traffic and begins pursuing her despite warnings from her father, DCP D. Mahendrakumar IPS. Meera challenges Saravanan to change himself—shave, dress well, drop Partha, and be punctual—if he wants her love. Saravanan then prioritises Meera over Partha, straining their friendship.
