Making my first viral Apple fruit pastry at home! تجربتي الاولى لموس الفواكه بالشوكلاته الكميه لأربع حبات تفاح تقريبا حسب سعه القوالب للحشوه التفاح : تفاحه ونص تقريباً مقشره ومقطعه عصره ليمون معلقه صغيره قرفه وعود قرفه ٣ ملاعق كبار سكر ١ملعقه صغيره نشا ٢٠٠ مل عصير تفاح او صوص التفاح مخفف بماء نرفعهم على النار لغايه ما يسمك الخليط نوزعهم على القوالب وعلى الفريزر ليجمدوا تماماً للموس ١٢٥ مل حليب صفار بيضه ٣-٤ ملاعق سكر فانيلا ١ ملعقه صغيره طحين نرفعهم على النار ليسمك الخليط على نار متوسطه يصفى الخليط بمصفاه نتركه بالثلاجه مغطى عشر دقايق ببلاستك غذائي نخلط الخليط السابق مع ١٢٥ غ جبنه ماسكربون نضيف خليط الموس بالقوالب نضيف الحشوه المجمده نغطي بالموس المتبقي نضع القوالب بالفريزر لضمان تجميدها جيداً اقلها ٦ ساعات لتغليف الشوكلاته ١٠٠ غ شوكلاته بيضاء ١٠٠ غ زبده الكاكاو لون غدائي نرفعهم على حمام مائي او بالميكروفون نضيف ملون طعام مراعات درجه حراره الشوكلاته عند التغطيس بين ٣٠-٣٥ م تزين حبات التفاح بأوراق النعناع لإعطاء مضهر حقيقي وهذا اختياري . يحفظ بالثلاجه ويقدم . #فواكه #ترند #موس #حلويات #تزيين #شوكلاته #fruit #trind #virul #fruitpastrycake #pastery #sueshomemadebakery1 #dessert🍰 #cake #كيك
