So, we were handed an Aso Oke with one simple instruction: “Just make anything.” The funny part? After joining the panels together, we had barely 1.5 yards—not nearly enough for a conventional shirt or even a pair of shorts. And then… confusion stepped in. 😂 I spent over two hours thinking about what to do with it until it finally struck me: “Aha! Omeklot, one of your core strengths in this craft is patchwork.” But even patchwork needs enough material to really come alive. So, we challenged ourselves to make the most of what we had. Here is the final look: a resort-collar overlap shirt, created from limited fabric, with intentional panel placement and our signature patchwork approach. Sometimes, limitations don’t stop creativity—they force it to evolve. ✂️🔥 #AsoOke #PatchworkFashion #Menswear #AfricanFashion #Omeklot
