😉Get ready with me for Palm Beach International Boat Show. Personal brand edition. Before any major event, I don’t just pack clothes. I prep my personal brand. Here’s my actual checklist: 1. Audit my socials for THEIR eyes LinkedIn AND Instagram. If someone searches me, what do they see? Active profiles signal relevance. Fix it before I land. 2. Identify 5 specific people Not random networking. Five names. I research their recent work so I’m continuing conversations, not starting cold. 3. Prepare 3 versions of my story • For possible partners (collaboration and value) • For prospective clients (outcome and transformation) • For introducers (who I help and how to refer) Same person. Different entry points. 4. Book a photographer for a few hours Fresh content in a new location = months of visibility. This isn’t vanity. It’s strategy. 5. Decide what I’m GIVING Who can I introduce? I spent the morning climbing all over “Nero” at the Rybovich yard. I’ve been on this rather singular vessel before but it never fails to drop my jaw. Modeled after J.P. Morgan Jr.’s “Corsair IV” it’s the kind of yacht that could pull into port next to a 500-footer and still be the most talked about boat in port. I have much more to say here but I am running around the Palm Beach show like a Fella with his head cut off, so just enjoy the view for now. 🤠
