If we treat our girls with love, acceptance, and remind them every day that they are limitless, they will grow up to be exactly that. Receiving this award is a reflection of the values I was raised with—parents who believed in me, taught me to be confident, seek truth, and embrace equality. I’m so grateful to Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) for the incredible work they do in our community, providing vital services and support to those in need. Their dedication helps empower individuals and families, and makes a real difference. I hope this video encourages you to be intentional with the women in your life, to show them they’re capable of achieving anything, and to always remind them of their limitless potential. ✨🫶🏼🔐💜 Video footage from @mediawjai #Grateful #LimitlessWomen #Inspiration #CommunityService #PCHS

#copma #SanIta #SanIta2026 #PCHS #LuciaCuffaro

#pch #pchs #riocuiaba #rio #cuiaba #cuiabamt #fabiogarcia

If you study Chinese medicine, you know how hard it is to pick just one herb! 😅🌿 We asked a few students what their favorite herb is and why they like it. What about you? What is your favorite herb and why? 💬 #PCHS #PacificCollege #TCM #TraditionalChineseMedicine #ChineseHerbalMedicine #Herbalism #HerbalMedicine #AcupunctureSchool #AcupunctureStudents #StudentLife

🎄Merry Christmas! Years ago, Park City locals, James and Janet Agnew [cover pic] started delivering holiday meals to a handful of needy families in our community. This year their efforts culminated in delivering over 1000 meals to local families‼️THIS is what Christmas is all about.🙌 What started as a small Christmas tradition of giving has turned into a massive coordinated effort with student athletes at Park City High School through a student-led club called E4A (Especially for Athletes). This year, hundreds of people from all walks of life in Park City gathered to assemble meals and then hand deliver them to local families. Thanks to the Agnews this will always be a part of what makes Christmas Christmas to me and thousands of others in Park City. May your Christmas this year be filled with giving and kindness in honor of Him whose birth we celebrate.🙏🎉
