Heading to @integratedmovementstudio and @valkonost_studio !!
Teaching ‘Grounded’, to share some little more acrobatic gems, mini sequences and fun ways to add dimension to your poke practice! Bringing variability for all folks! Great for newer and intermediate students and can also be ramped up for those who are advanced.
See you soon!! One more day here in Cyprus with @houseofslink ! ☀️🎉

I spent 40 mins on floorwork today, arms are still very painful for now, so floorwork it is 🔥😛

A little intermediate flow to tide over the algorithm until I’m back in the studio next week ❤️
PS: not sure what’s up with the weird auto-generated caption at the bottom of my video! 🤔

‼️Steal this Combo‼️
Bringing you intermediate pole (and floor!) combos, bi-weekly!
“Basic arch to seated to belly swivel ”
👀 Pre-requisite: none!
This is a sequence from @liquidmotionct 1.0 !
👉 want to learn more? Come to the May cert I’m leading at @fly_fitness_va !
Start on your back as if you were going to do a plow, stagger your legs with a soft bend and begin to tilt your pelvis. Use your arms on the floor by your side to pull on the floor. As your legs come down your torso will come up. Let the motion travel up your spin so your head is the last thing up. (Basic arch to seated)
As you come up, decide what leg straightens and which stays bent. Fold forward and bring your hands to the side of your straight leg, fingers facing forward. Hands can be by your knee or by your ankle.
“Let the fart out” and stack your hips toward the straight leg. The bent leg will lift. Hold that leg up like a scorpion tail and swing it behind you, pivoting on the bottom hip. Land on your belly. (Belly swivel)
‼️wherever your fingers point is where you will end up facing.
👠 heels friendly!
🔚Exit Options: anything else from your belly

Start your @liquidmotionct journey with me this May at @fly_fitness_va !🎉
Learn moves, yes, but more importantly learn how to apply Liquid Motion techniques to make *any* movement on the floor — or in the air — look and feel more seamless.
Everyone starts with 1.0 and and can can progress to movements like the floor Jade/elbow balance seen here.
You can dance to *any* music with this methodology. I’m partial to nu metal, metal, and 90s alternative 🤘
