Basically our faces when we found out 😱😱😱 It’s hilarious now to look back on. We were singing and laughing and had no clue what we were about to be charged 😂 Definitely our fault for not checking on prices FIRST! Tip though: you can ride these for MUCH cheaper in Central Park…which we also did. #NYC #NewYork #surprise #newyorkcity #travel #fun #family #bikeride #pedicab

Installed a 67lbs gas strut to the pedicab steps. This made all the difference. Before the help of the strut, the steps would slap open and shut because of the force it took to pull up the weight. Even though I added control valves to the air management sytem I wasnt happy with the results. Now the movement is smooth and predictable regardless of the psi range that the air tank has. #bluecollar #pedicablife #customfabrication #fabricator #pedicab

NYC could finally crack down on pedicabs in Times Square and Midtown. New proposed rules could require meters, stronger oversight, and more regulation after years of tourists complaining about surprise prices and scam rides. Some visitors say they were charged hundreds of dollars for short trips around Manhattan. Do you think pedicabs should have mandatory meters like taxis and Ubers? 👀 📍Times Square, New York City #nyc #newyorkcity #timessquare #pedicab

. . Central Park New York City! It’s a “must spend some time in here” kinda place! Beware, you will walk miles! OR Hop in a Pedi Cab and just cruise all around. Not to worry, these folks peddling have “power assist” bikes. They provide a lot of fun facts in the park and take you to a lot of great spots. We paid $80 +$20 tip for about an hour and 15 minutes. The price started at $120….but they ran after us with an offer of $80. So glad we did it . . . Would you be a walker, pedi cab ride or bike yourself? . . #centralparknyc #newyorkcentralpark #pedicab #whattodoinnyc

What would you spend to take a ride in a London pedicab? Well, new rules will ban pedicab riders from charging “rip-off fares” and blasting music. Currently, there are no rules to follow or training required to become a pedicab rider. Transport for London has introduced the measures to crack down on noise complaints and improve safety. Riders will now need to meet certain requirements in order to keep their cab on the road. Driver licences and fare caps are due to come into force from 30 October, with vehicle licences following in early 2027. #TfL #Pedicab #London #Travel #BBCNews
