E SE TI DICESSI PELION? ❤️🇬🇷 Se stai già sognando la prossima meta per l’estate ellenica, con quel desiderio di libertà e scoperta che solo la Grecia sa regalare, allora lasciati ispirare da questo mio consiglio: Cosa ne diresti di un bel mix tra mare e montagna nella bellissima penisola del Pelion? Io ci son stata circa 4 anni fa e credimi, è stata una delle esperienze più belle ed emozionanti della mia vita; una Grecia che mai avrei pensato di vivere e si trova solo a poche ore da Salonicco e ad un battito di ciglia da Volos. Il Pelion è stata la nostra meta finale dopo un tour delle Sporadi settentrionali e ci ha conquistato con la sua bellezza selvaggia e l’atmosfera autentica! Ci è rimasto così impresso con il desiderio di tornarci presto per esplorare nuovi angoli nascosti e vivere ancora altre fantastiche avventure. Πρόσφατα γύρισα από το εξωτερικό, αλλά σήμερα το μυαλό μου ταξίδεψε πίσω στην Πορταριά.. Θυμήθηκα εκείνες τις μέρες στο @erofili_hotel_suites τα λιθόστρωτα σοκάκια, τη μυρωδιά από τα τζάκια και την ηρεμία που ένιωθα παντού.. Όσο ωραία κι αν είναι τα ταξίδια μακριά, τα δικά μας χωριά έχουν μια ομορφιά που δεν συγκρίνεται.❤️ Και η Πορταριά είναι από αυτά τα μέρη που θες να επιστρέφεις ξανά και ξανά..🍂🍁 #portaria #pelion #greece #village #trip #lovethisplace #nature #silence #peace

Σάββατο πρωί στο Πήλιο, πήγαμε στα Άνω Λεχώνια, περπατήσαμε στις ράγες του Μουτζούρη, μαζέψαμε αγριολούλουδα, απολαύσαμε τους πανέμορφους ελαιώνες που συναντήσαμε, παρατηρήσαμε το ρέμα και μετά πίσω στο αυτοκίνητο να κάνουμε μια σύντομη βόλτα στην Κάτω Γατζέα προτού καταλήξουμε για καφέ και πλατσούρισμα στα Καλά Νερά. Υ.Γ1: εννοείται πως το τρένο δεν ήταν σε λειτουργία Υ.Γ2: σας προτείνω την ίδια βόλτα ανεπιφύλακτα! ☀️🥰

I’ve always dreamed of Pelion – this mythical mountain where the gods sought refuge and the centaurs galloped through the forests. A place I had only heard about in whispers and wanderlust. Then, as if by divine choreography, I met Christina. And suddenly, the adventure began. We were winding through olive groves and sea views, and then her stone house appeared like a secret carved into the mountain – perched above Volos, with the Aegean shimmering below. Now I sit here in stillness, serenaded only by the cicadas’ song. We walk on cobblestones that cling to the cliffs like veins of time. Water trickles through the village springs. Gigantic trees offer cool shade. And everywhere – the scent of herbs, wild thyme, and figs ripening in the sun. Christina introduced me to the villagers – among them, a 75-year-old woman who climbs the steep mountain paths like a ballerina. I follow, breathless and balancing like an acrobat. She raised six kids without a washing machine, cooked over open flames, and now gathers with the elders each morning in the herb-scented shop. There, I was offered sweet pickled walnuts, wild asparagus, and healing mountain tea – nature’s quiet medicine. We also made it to Larissa for the concert of the great Greek artist @nikos_oikonomopoulos_official And last night, in Volos, a joyful dinner with the lovely Swedish artist couple @andreaslundstedtofficial & @danielmitsogiannis who moved here some years ago for a new life in beauty. Laughter, meze, tsipouro… And suddenly, a woman recognized me – Sweden’s ambassador to Kazakhstan, now road-tripping home. The world is small. And magic is everywhere. Thank you, Christina, for opening this enchanted chapter. 🙏🏽 I just want to bring a small group here for a writing- or yoga retreat or just enjoying the myths!
