Found the best weekend lunch spot in the Philly burbs.

I’ve recently gotten some new followers so I thought I’d reintroduce myself and my YA books! I’m a pan/demi author in the Philly burbs and my #sapphic YA book Does Love Always Win? is out now and my queer superhero inspired book, Superficial, comes out September 2024! #sapphicbooks #sapphicbookstagram #bookstagram #wlwbooks #lesbianbooks #pansexualbooks #bisexualbooks #lgbtqbooks #queerreads #superherobooks #yaromance #romancebooks #fantasybooks #superheroes #lesfic

Another intro since y’all liked my last roundup! I’m Brittany 👋 I’m a Realtor living in Yardley, PA. I spent 8 years in the city and am enjoying my life in the Philly burbs. I’m a wife to Nick and mom to Theo. I was my husband’s Realtor long before we started dating 🤪 I’m a runner easing her way back into the sport postpartum. I’ve run two full marathons and countless halves. I love all things home and am 100% a homebody. Few things make me happier than hanging in and cooking 😂 I am a morning person and expire at 8:47 PM. I can’t wait until I don’t have to pump one last time before bedtime IYKYK. I’ve owned 7 properties so far and am a landlord x4! Ask me how I got into investing. I’ll show you the ropes. A true water sign with all the feels ♋️ I’m not into woo woo astrology, but I think zodiacs are pretty spot-on. Bridgerton is the greatest show of all time. There I said it. In the rare event that we do order takeout it’s almost exclusively Japanese or Indian. I’m an extroverted-introvert, no question. I send most of my day talking to people and I look forward to silence at the end of the day 🥸 I love supporting local businesses - tell me where I need to go in the comments below! 👇 #buckscountymoms #womeninbusiness

It was listed 2 hours ago?? 🤷🏼‍♀️ This market is 🥵in the Philly burbs. Every week is very exciting to see the new listings trickle onto the market, closer to Friday the more there are! We’re just trying to be patient and going to as many open houses or showings as we can to try to narrow down exactly what we want so when our perfect house hits the market we can act with confidence!! 🤩 I posted this question in my story: what’s one non negotiable when looking for houses?? CC: “How could you do this to me?” .. “Question Mark” #househunting #parealestate #home #housetoahome #cljsquad #studiomcgee #realestatehumor

Happy 225th Birthday, West Chester!🎂💐 We love calling this slice of the Philly Burbs our home!

🎤🏠 Making dreams and reality come true in the world of ULTRA luxury real estate! 🥂🌟 I’m honored to be quoted in the @compassluxurydivision 2023 Ultra Luxury Report! “The luxury market in the Philly burbs has been able to maintain a steady pace over the last few years. The exceptional properties that come to market still manage to sell at a decent pace and prove the promise of luxury real estate is not just a dream, but a tangible testament to the enduring appeal of Philadelphia’s suburban lifestyle.” #JamieAdlerTeam #JamieAdlerSells #CompassRE #UltraLuxuryLiving #Quoted #GreaterPhillyRealEstate #DreamHomes #SuburbanLifestyle #RealEstateMagic
