Tonight Kara and I had the pleasure of being invited to the Elevate Pickerington kickoff event at the new Local Cantina - Pickerington in the Pickerington Village and wow… what a night. The energy in the room was real. It’s incredible to see what the City of Pickerington and our local business owners are building together in the Village. This isn’t just about new restaurants or storefronts, it’s about creating a place where families gather, friends connect, and community grows. You can feel the momentum. You can see the vision. And it’s exciting to be part of it. Grateful to live, work, and serve in a city that continues to invest in its people and its future. If you haven’t been down to the Village lately… it’s time.

We parked in the furthest spot behind Local Cantina Pickerington, hit record, and walked it out (yes, @strava receipts included 🏃‍♂️📍) .06 miles 1 minute 26 seconds Leisurely walking pace No sweat… just tacos waiting at the finish line 🌮 There’s more parking than you think, and it’s all closer than it feels once you’re actually here.
