My mama’s ham pinwheels ❤️ Here’s how we make them: •Mix a container of whipped cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayo, and 2 chopped green onions for the spread. (My mom adds chopped black olives in hers, but my kids don’t do olives so I leave those out) • Spread on a tortilla (away from the edges!) • Sprinkle a thin layer of finely shredded Colby Jack cheese • Top with thinly sliced deli ham to cover • Roll it up tight and roll in tin foil to store • Let it sit overnight in the fridge • Unroll it and slice with a serrated knife so it doesn’t squish!
