Turning plans into structure 🔨🏡
This pitched roof is really starting to take shape, clean lines, solid timber work, and everything coming together just right.
Each rafter is carefully measured, cut, and fixed to create a strong, reliable frame that’ll stand the test of time.
It’s for a home gym… and to be fair, it’s probably strong enough to knock out a few pull-ups off the rafters 💪😂 (not that we’re recommending it… but still 👀)
There’s something satisfying about seeing the geometry of a roof come to life like this, from bare walls to a defined structure in no time.
Next step: bringing it fully weather-tight 👌

Typical… we go away for a few days to escape the build and come back to this 😅
The fascia and soffits are all on (still gutted I missed that part!), but I’m so happy with how it’s looking already.
We went for anthracite and it’s tying in really nicely with the windows and brickwork. Clean, sharp, exactly what we wanted.
Everything was supplied by GAP and delivered next day straight to site, which made things so much easier mid-build.
Next up → square black guttering, which I think is going to finish it off perfectly 👌
I can’t wait to see the end result.

Today at Cheshire Bespoke Building LTD we fixed the OSB boards to the roof structure of this garden cabin, creating a strong and stable base ready for the next stage of the roofing system.
