Stairs? More like a personal ramp to happiness. Thanks to the best Santa Cruz X @hi5sfoundation crew I dont have to worry about getting back up when I’m done surfing! Always stoked to have this mini adaptive surf clinic at pleasure point every year. Also, we just so happened to run into two separate wheelchair users that were cruising the beach walk that will also get to surf now that they are connected to the LEGENDARY @robjarvis831 and @roytuscany … grateful for the impact we all get to make in and out of the water 🌊 🫶🤍 #oceanhealing #adaptivesurf #oceantherapy #highfivesfoundation #surfing #pleasurepoint

Tasting menus are a “thing” with Partners, Chef Niven Patel @chefniven & Mo Alkassar @alkassarm It’s a fabulous way to get a flavor of what Paya has to offer! Paya in South Beach is no exception! I was pleasantly surprised with the 10 dish tasting menu highlighting Caribbean and south east Asian inspired dishes! Dish after dish was a delightful flavor pleaser! 🦐 Green papaya salad pink shrimp, tomatoes, Thai basil, and tamarind vinaigrette 🥥 Coconut wahoo, ceviche leche de Tigre, avocado, cachucha peppers, island chips 🍞 Truffle Brie grilled cheese Mango jam, Sullivan Street sourdough 🥬 Endive salad Orange, walnuts, pecorino Toscano 🐑 TAMARIND LAMB CHOPS Roasted plantains, Jerk Spiced Yoghurt 2nd COURSE 🥩PRIME SKIRT STEAK Crispy Yukons , roasted pepper, chimichurri 🐟Lemongrass glazed daily catch, Bok choy, heirloom carrots, coconut curry 🥦 SAFFRON ROASTED CAULIFLOWER Cranberry chili crunch, lemon tahini, chives.
