My personal mantra for this year: PEACE over perfection.
It doesn’t have to be “goals” to be great. My workout may be someone else’s warmup, but Lord am I thankful to be able to move my body and improve my strength after being pregnant for 2 years and battling the most intense sciatic pain in my second pregnancy.
I am excited to document these #pocketsofpeace, and share the little moments of goodness that were once distant dreams. Being consistent with exercise, cooking in the kitchen for my family… these are the little bits of life that fill my soul with gratitude.
