Accepting people isn’t easy😱
… But it’s the key to connection.
I made a pretty big revelation yesterday about being polyamorous, and in hindsight I should’ve been a touch more sensitive to more conservative family members whose paradigms I was unintentional threatening.
I’m sorry for those that I’ve upset with my truth.
When it comes to other people on planet earth, you don’t actually have to agree with everyone… that would be insane!
Simply co-existing involves accepting that different realities exists. . . Even in your own family.
And that’s OKAY!
They’re allowed to exist. You’ll be fine!
You’re not in any immediate danger when it comes to ideology.
Your choices are: Accept and connect
Or reject and disconnect.
Forgive yourself and others, and release yourself of shame over and over and over again.
Mental Health issues would evaporate if more people understood that love can be truly unconditional.
Love them anyways… that is the most healing thing. ❤️🩹

Being entrepreneurs has afforded us the flexibility to choose how we spend our time and access to a way of thinking that encourages perseverance and follow through. Being polyamorous means practicing that same flexibility and perseverance in a different way for different reasons. It’s about growing and succeeding in love.
Last week I traveled with my other partner and we must have picked up a bug on the road. Because this week, we’ve both been down for the count! But lucky me… nesting at home, getting all the love, the #hubs, nursed me back to life and still had the flexibility to drive me around for my deliveries. All in time for me to teach my next workshop, then go back and spend some anniversary time with my #otherboo this weekend.
The moral of the story… choose community members who love themselves, share your values and wanna see you win.
