If you’re looking for plans this St. Patrick’s Day weekend, this spot is worth adding to your list. @themercerphx delivers modern luxury, timeless elegance, and classic American flavors with a nod to the charm of NYC. The space is dark, moody, and intimate — perfect for date night, celebrations, or catching up with friends over great food and cocktails. One of the most unique touches? Their meats are aged all the way in New York before being served in Phoenix, bringing an authentic NYC steakhouse influence to the desert. The food was incredible, the cocktails were top-notch, and the hospitality made the night even better. Our server (a kind Oklahoma gentleman) ended up feeling like part of the girls’ night by the time we left — the kind of service that makes a place all inclusive.
