Have you forgotten this? We all go through that stretch. And it makes sense. We care sooooo deeply about improving, getting better, going lower, that we loose sight of what’s it’s all about… Playing the game. Playing golf. And when we lose sight of that, our game suffers. We try to over think, over complicate, we try to force our way towards success. But success never really happens this way. Yes success requires unreal amounts of effort and work, but when it’s time to play, it’s time to play. It’s time to trust all that work and just play the game. Allow this to be a mantra for yourself… “Just play the game” And you may be surprised how much more free you feel on the course.
