It became quite famous after it was featured in the Netflix series, where contestants had to carve out a specific shape from the brittle candy using a needle. **Dalgona Candy (Ppopgi) Recipe:** Ingredients: - 2 tablespoons sugar - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Instructions: 1. **Melt the Sugar**: - Heat 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan over medium heat. - Stir the sugar as it melts to prevent it from burning. It should turn into a smooth, amber-colored liquid. 2. **Add Baking Soda**: - Once the sugar is fully melted, quickly stir in the 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Foto sampul Reels ini ak ambil di myeongdong pertama kali makan Ppopgi kata mereka kalau kita bisa makan tanpa memecahkan bintang nya nanti keinginan kt bakal terkabul, tp sayangnya udh 3x beli selalu pecah 🤣 gak bakat, kalau lg maen di game itu bisa" mati di lev ini. Nah karna Kangen dan gak bisa Traveling akhirnya aku buat sendiri , berikut Resep gampabg buat Ppongi Bahannya cuma Gula dan Baking Soda Tp yang susah itu tingkat pengadukannya Cara masak : 1. Api harus super kecil 2. Larutkan Gula hingga cair [jangan sampai berubah jd coklat hangus y ] 3. Matikan api tabur baking soda sedikit aja 4. Lalu haduk hingga rata 5. Tuang ke piring yang sudah di taburi tepung gula atau kertas kue agar tidak menempel 6. Beri cetakan [ aku belum beli nih jd di video gak sampai ak cetak bentuk" , bisa pakai cetakan agar" setengah kering ya agar tidak menempel ] 7. Tada Ppopgi siap di makan bersama keluarga . Dijamin anak" pasti semua doyan cemilan yang satu ini, di indo pun mirip" gulali ayam jaman dlu 😌 buat menghilangkan rasa kangen kan .
