There’s no way you can hate your body when you realize how strong and capable she can be! We’re not chasing aesthetics - even though that is a good bonus - but the version of ourselves that is strong, confident, capable and healthy!
your body is so much more than how it looks 💭 I’d rather have: — a regular period — energy ⚡️ — a social life 🍟 than… — abs — a thigh gap — being skinny there’s so much more to your body than what it looks like! focus on what it can do & how strong you can make it 🫶🏼 #runnersofinstagram #runnergirl #bodypositivity #sizedoesntmatter #strongisthenewskinny
Confidence comes from being strong enough to chase your dreams & loving your body for it #selflove #running #girlswholift #bodypositive #women
No thank yewwwww 🙅🏼‍♀️ in a world that’s constantly telling women to stay small, I hope I can help remind you that you’re meant to take up space. and that feeling STRONG is the best, best feeling.
I hate to admit this but I was once the girl that thought her body shape and size made her more or less likable. I once struggled with a body that didn’t function normally because of three chronic illnesses and I turned to what I looked like as a way to cope with the emotional and physical pain. But the best thing I ever did was throw that thought in the trash and start chasing what a REAL powerful woman embodies. Being skinni has nothing to do with becoming the woman you’re proud of. The women who inspire me aren’t known for how small they made themselves. They’re known for their strength, resilience, and the lives they built. Their ability to say FU to the fake standards society has and pave their own path. I want to be known as: The curvy marathon runner who ran through adversity. Who overcame three chronic illnesses. Who kept showing up for her body. Who is building three businesses. Who refused to shrink her ambition or her presence for others. My goal is to always be powerful, capable, and unstoppable. And if you’re an ambitious woman chasing big dreams, your body is something to build, fuel, and trust while you create the life you have painted so clearly in your mind. Comment STRONG for 1:1 coaching to embody the woman who builds her future rather than shrinking herself and with that her vision. #businesswoman #Runner #transformationcoach #unstoppable #marathonrunner

If you were never the naturally athletic girl but still want to feel strong, same. That’s who this page is for. I teach strength for regular women with real jobs. No extremes no fad. Just showing up and doing our best. If that sounds like you, take a look around and follow along.
We’ve been taught to zoom in. On the cellulite. On the stomach rolls. On the faces we make when we’re pushing past our limits. But what if we zoomed out? Out far enough to see the miles. The discipline. The courage it took to even start. The finish line. The strength. The becoming. The body is not a bad angle. It’s a testimony. To every woman – you are allowed to be proud of what your body has carried you through! Zoom out, sis.
You know the ones you keep saving for when you’re more toned or faster or tan or confident. Wear them now. No one at mile three is judging your thighs, they’re just trying to survive their own run. And you deserve to feel fast and free and just a little unhinged in the best way. Split shorts aren’t for a body type, they’re for a mindset. So take this as your permission slip to wear the shorts, take up space, and go run. If you’ve been gatekeeping your own confidence, this is your sign 💙
Gurl, stop comparing yourself to others. Who cares what your run pace is. I know I don’t. Get out there and fckin do it. If you’re running, jogging, shuffling…you’re doing more than 85% of the US population. If you’re exercising at all you’re doing more than 36% of the population. #strongwomen #run #fitness #exercise
No one talks about this part enough. Running changes your body, yes. But the real shift is mental. You start trusting yourself more. Showing up differently. Believing you can handle hard things. That kind of confidence doesn’t stay on the trail.
Is there anything better than being strong and capable of moving fast? I love running. And I LOVE having biceps that some people say are “too big.” I’m a mom. I’m capable. I’m strong. And I’m incredibly proud of that. Not because I’m bragging. Because it’s the result of years of showing up, doing the work, and refusing to quit on myself. Ten years ago I decided to chase the goals that scared me. To train hard. To fuel my body. To build strength instead of shrinking myself. And that decision changed everything. This could be you too. But it starts the same way it did for me: By deciding you’re done holding yourself back.
